As founder of Expert Reasoning Systems, I have been working on the toughest underlying problems in the AI areas of knowledge representation, natural language understanding and inference for 38 years.
I am now able to offer two practical implementations of many of these advanced concepts. The flagship product of this company is “Voice Ordering System” – a smartphone app that allows for voice ordering for restaurants, coffees shops, etc. The second product is a telephone-based version of the same technology, which utilizes Twilio IVR technology in conjunction with Microsoft Azure for cloud services and Stripe for secure payment processing.
